RETURNS / REFUNDS / SHIPPING

Returns

  • Products can only be returned to us once you have contacted us and have received a confirmation email that the product can indeed by returned.

  • Products are inspected before being shipped to the customer. We can still accept returns but a few things are needed.

  • To return a product, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. We will need to ensure that the product is not damaged, and is still in the same condition as it was delivered with tags intact, has not been worn, and is in it’s original packaging.

  • We may ask for additional information to restock the product. It is critical for you to contact us and get approval to return before shipping the product back to us. If a product is shipped without approval, we will not be able to reimburse any costs incured by the customer.

  • Please note that a 50% restocking fee of the cost of the product applies where returns are requested and the product has no damage or defect.

Refunds​

  • It takes about 48 hours for us to receive payment through the payment processor. Once we can confirm that a payment has been received, we can begin the refund process for your order.

  • Please allow 15-20 business days for the refund to be processed as it is managed by third party payment processors.

  • Payments made directly to us via bank e-transfer will be refunded within 5 business days of receiving written (email) from you. Note that we will need to verify your identity for such refunds. Contact us for further information on verification.

Shipping

We understand the importance of clear communication, which is why we strive to keep our shipping policy simple and easy to understand. Our goal is to make sure that our customers are well-informed and confident in their purchases.

  • We use a number of shipping services such as Canada Post to get the product to your door step. Once we have received payment for your order, we start fulfilling it.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number on the email or phone number used to place the order.

  • Once the order has been delivered by our courier service, we’ll notify you.

  • We have no control over shipping delays which may arise from the courier service. As such, we will inform you if there are delays in getting your shipment to you.
